Unable to Register or Renew License
'License File Invalid' 'License File Problem' or 'Spinning Wheel'

When attempting to register or renew your AccountEdge license, you receive a 'License File Invalid' or 'License File Problem' message, or a spinning wheel appears and nothing further happens. This issue indicates that the permissions on one of your Mac's folders need to be adjusted.
1. Quit AccountEdge and click once, anywhere on your Desktop.
Click Go> Go to Folder... at the top of your screen.
2. Type /Users/Shared/Library and click Go.
3. A Finder window will open, displaying the contents of the shared library folder.
Click once on the Application Support folder to select it. Next click File and Get Info, as shown below:
4. An information window will appear, similar to below.
Ensure the window is unlocked and change the Sharing & Permissions so that Everyone is set to Read & Write.
Re-lock and close the information window.
Restart your AccountEdge product and retry your Registration / Renewal. Note: Expriry date is US format.
