The Activities module can be accessed by selecting View - Activity – Activities list. Within the Activity list window that appears you can add new activities, edit existing items or close a completed activity.
When choosing different selection criteria you will get a better overview of activities that are registered, both in contacts and internal resources.

- Status: Select which status the activities you want to display should belong to. You can also select All which deactivates the filter. By choosing Incomplete and the Update icon, all incomplete activities will show.

The different criteria can be set independently of each other. The list of activities that are shown at the bottom of the menu can be tailored as needed.

From both the contact card and the Project card you can see the activities that are associated with individual contacts and for each project.
