How do I create a new activity?

You can create activities, for example a telephone conversation, e-mail, and meetings in the program. This allows you to easily see who is responsible for the activity.

Activities can be registered within several different modules in the program; from the contact module, activities module and the project module.

How to create a new activity:

In the activity module
Select View - Activity - New activity.

In the contact module:
Select View - contact – Activity list. Choose the tab Activities and click New (CTRL + Shift + N).

In the project module:
Select View - Project – Project register. Choose the tab Activities and click New (CTRL + Shift + N).
