Discontinuation of Software Support
Final Maintenance Update

Notice to all currently registered users of the UK edition of Mamut One ("the Software"), and related maintenance and support services.
- A final maintenance update of the Software is scheduled for release by the end of 2021.
- The final update must be installed in order to allow continued archival functionality to your data.
We will inform all customers by email, and on this page, as soon as the update is available for installation.

Notice of discontinuation of Software support
In regards to the Mamut UK Visma Software Terms of Service (TOS) sections 1.1.2-1.1.5, 1.3.1-1.3.4, 1.4.5 (12 month's notice time), 2.3.2, 2.3.24, 4.6.3 and the in-software user agreement notice agreed to when installing the Software, that together govern the use of your Software, Visma with this notifies you in writing about the discontinuation of Software support and maintenance from January 1st 2022.
Operational matters and unsupported use
The discontinuation of Software support means that the Software will not receive further regulatory updates, maintenance updates or issue fixes beyond those needed for 2021, and that no phone, e-mail, chat or community based support will be available from January 1st 2022.
Given this, you may continue to use the Software in an un-supported manner for archival and reference purposes, for as long as the built in user access and activation functionality supports it, estimated to be up until the end of 2031 if updated with the latest maintenance update for 2021. If you do not update your Software with the final 2021-update, the archival functionality will be limited to a few years, depending on your version of the Software.
Since the Software is not updated with new rules and regulations beyond 2021, you are strongly advised to not enter any new data into the Software beyond 2021, and no warranty of any kind is provided for any use beyond 2021.

Your billing cycle will have continued as normal for 2020 and 2021. If you have been, or are, billed for Software support falling in the time period of 2022, you may in writing in 2022 claim a pro-rated refund for relevant 2022 months only.
